Little things make a BIG difference and play a significant role in helping our team ensure your experience(s) with us be as relaxing and refreshing as possible. Please read the important information below and don't hesitate to reach out should you have any additional questions, concerns and/or requests regarding your upcoming visit to Citrus Massage.
Guests will receive an email and/or text confirmation of all scheduled appointment(s). If you do not confirm your appointment via email/text, our team will provide a courtesy confirmation call one day prior to all scheduled appointments. While this is a complimentary service for our guests, it remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment dates/times to avoid any cancellation or no-show fees.
Guests are required to provide a credit card at time of booking. By providing your credit card to us, you are agreeing to the terms of our Cancellation Policy (below).
When you reserve an appointment, we hold your appointment(s) specifically for you and decline many others that appointment time and thus, ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service(s) cost. In the event of a no-show, the cancellation will be equal to 100% of the services booked. Groups of 3 or more require 48 hour cancellation notice. We thank you in advanced for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.
Gift certificates can be purchased at our Citrus Massage locations or they can be purchased online and printed from home. Purchase HERE. Easy peasy citrus squeezey! All gift certificate sales are final, non-refundable, cannot be redeemed as cash, and never expire.
Gratuities for your service providers are graciously accepted and appreciated as our team members are dedicated to providing you with the most refreshing experience possible. Additionally, if you would like to recognize exceptional service, a positive review on Google/Yelp are greatly appreciated.
Some medical conditions and/or massage modalities may require advanced training and/or a doctor's note prior to receiving services at Citrus Massage. Additionally, there may be unique circumstances in which our professionally trained and licensed service providers may not be able to provide the services our guests book (and hope to receive). Please notify our front desk team members upon booking (before you come in for your massage/facial treatments) if you are: pregnant or postpartum, have a heart condition, cancer, high blood pressure, blood clots, or cold sores, are recovering from surgery, have been in a recent car accident, or have any other serious medical conditions. We care deeply about our guests and their ultimate well-being, so please communicate clearly with our front desk team from the get-go, so they can pair you with the best service provider for your specific needs and everyone is prepared. *All expecting mothers considered high risk must provide a doctors note to receive massage.
Both Citrus Massage locations are on Pecos Road, which can sometimes be confusing for our guests. Please be mindful of which location you are calling and reserving your appointment(s) at. Our front desk team members always answer the phones stating which location you are calling (Chandler or Gilbert) but please be sure you check your booking email/text, as that will also state which location you are booked at.
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Citrus Massage gift certificates. We do not accept Spa Finder, Spa Wish gift cards or Groupon.
We will accept returns within 14 days from date of purchase for any retail items that are unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot provide refunds for opened and used products or any products returned outside 14 days of purchase.
Your massage begins at the time of your scheduled appointment, so please arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in, use the restroom, do intake with your service provider, and get situated in your treatment room. We recognize there may be times you are running late and in these cases, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, there may be time that those who arrive late may receive an abbreviated session in consideration of the next guest (booked right behind you). Please make every attempt to be on time so that you receive the valuable treatment time that has been reserved specifically for you.
