APPOINTMENT RESERVATION POLICY:

We require all guest to provide a credit card on their account to reserve all current and future appointments. We do not charge your credit card on file unless there is a late cancellation or you do not show up to your appointment. By providing your credit card to us, you are agreeing to the terms of our Cancellation Policy (see below).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Here at Citrus Massage, we are VERY BUSY and we hold your appointment(s) specifically for you. Please understand that when you book an appointment with us, we decline many other clients an appointment which is why we respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour cancellation notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service(s) cost. 

In the event of a no-show, the cancellation will be equal to 100% of the services booked.

*Groups of 3 or more require 48 hour cancellation notice.

TARDINESS POLICY:

Your massage begins at the time of your scheduled appointment. To ensure you get your full massage time, NEW CLIENTS need to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time for new client paperwork, to use the restroom if needed, to do intake with your therapist and to get situated on the table. Returning clients, please arrive 7-10 minutes early.

Life can get hectic, and we recognize there may be times you are running late. While we always do our best to accommodate our guests, those who arrive late may receive an abbreviated session in consideration of the next guest booked right behind you.

 

Please make every attempt to be on time so that you receive the valuable treatment time that has been reserved specifically for you.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION:

Clients will receive an email and/or text reminder of their scheduled appointments with us. You are able to confirm your appointment via email but if you don't, we'll provide a courtesy confirmation call one day prior to all scheduled appointments. While this is a complimentary service for our guests, it remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment dates/times to avoid any cancellation fees.

Please be sure to let us know if your email or phone number has changed.

HEALTH CONDITIONS:

Be certain to include all health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs for each visit so that we can provide the best possible service. Our therapists need to be notified if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, have cancer, have high blood pressure or any other medical condition that you are being treated for. If you have any questions regarding spa services and your personal medical condition, please contact your doctor. In some instances, a doctors note may be required prior to receiving services.

PAYMENT:

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Citrus Massage gift certificates. We do not accept Spa Finder or Spa Wish gift cards. We do not use Groupon.

 

GRATUITY:

Gratuities for your therapist are graciously accepted and appreciated.

RETURNS:

All gift card sales are final. We will accept returns within 14 days from date of purchase for any retail items that are unused, in its original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for opened and used products or any products returned outside 14 days of purchase.

GIFT CARDS:

All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash. Our gift cards never expire.

COVID-19:

Masks are optional in our spa. If you'd like your therapist to wear a mask during your treatment, please let us know- we are happy to accommodate that for you.

It is recommended to avoid massage for the first 48 hours after receiving any type of vaccination. If you need to reschedule your appointment due to this, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you. 

If you are feeling under the weather whatsoever, please do not come in to the spa. We will gladly work to reschedule your appointment to a later date when you are feeling better.
