POLICIES

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION:

 

Clients will receive an email and/or text confirmation of their scheduled appointments with us. You are able to confirm your appointment via email but if you don't, we'll provide a courtesy confirmation call one day prior to all scheduled appointments. While this is a complimentary service for our guests, it remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment dates/times to avoid any cancellation fees.

APPOINTMENT RESERVATION POLICY:

 

We require all guests to provide a credit card on their account to reserve all current and future appointments. We do not charge your credit card on file unless there is a late cancellation or you do not show up to your appointment. By providing your credit card to us at the time of booking, you are agreeing to the terms of our Cancellation Policy (see below).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

We are VERY BUSY and we hold your appointment(s) specifically for you. Please understand that when you book an appointment with us, we decline many other clients an appointment, which is why we respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour cancellation notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service(s) cost. In the event of a no-show, the cancellation will be equal to 100% of the services booked. *Groups of 3 or more require 48 hour cancellation notice. We thank you in advanced for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

GIFT CARDS:

 

All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed as cash. Our gift cards never expire.

GRATUITY:

 

Gratuities for your service providers are graciously accepted and appreciated.

 

HEALTH CONDITIONS:

 

Our service providers need to be notified if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, are post-partum, have cancer, have high blood pressure, have any injuries, are recovering from surgery, jut had a car accident or have any other medical conditions that you are being treated for. If you have any questions regarding spa services and your personal medical condition, please contact your doctor as some instances may require a doctors note and/or a certain length of time to pass prior to receiving services.

 

PAYMENT:

 

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Citrus Massage gift certificates. We do not accept Spa Finder or Spa Wish gift cards and we do not use Groupon.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

 

We will accept returns within 14 days from date of purchase for any retail items that are unused, in its original packaging. We cannot provide refunds for opened and used products or any products returned outside 14 days of purchase.

TARDINESS POLICY:

 

Your massage begins at the time of your scheduled appointment. Please arrive early so you have enough time to get checked in, use the restroom, do intake with your service provider, and get situated on the table. We recognize life can be hectic and there may be times you are running late. In these instances, we will always do our best to accommodate our guests, however, those who arrive late to their service time may receive an abbreviated session in consideration of the next guest booked right behind you. Please make every attempt to be on time so that you receive the valuable treatment time that has been reserved specifically for you.
